CABLE TV NETWORKS MAINTENANCE
Main TV & BC Center tenders services in maintenance of
receiving television systems and of cable TV
systems
Maintenance is understood as a complex of
measures ensuring activity of technical means
of
a cable television systems (CTS)
with quality performance, corresponding to National
Standard 28324-89 Distributive Receiving Systems'
Networks of TV and Radio
Broadcasting, including:
- current
activities on fulfillment of the applications of
the viewers within 48 hours and less;
- scheduled - preventive activities on
CTS;
- reclamation works executed for
maintenance of functional ability of CTS in case
of it's failure because of a fire, hurricane,
splashing down or theft.
- activity on
switching-off( -on) the viewers to
CTS.
MRC provides daily 8 till 20
hours (including holidays) acceptance of
the applications on the phone 616-82-01 with
obligatory registration of the applications with
appropriate number and fixation of time of
acceptance.
The acceptance of the
applications is
made:
- Directly from the CTS viewer;
- from
housing
organizations;

From the Customer.
MRC provides departure of
the specialists under the applications and
executes repair
within 48 hours.
MRC provides at
the expense of it's own well-timed recovery and
replacement of the faulty or stolen equipment.
MRC provides at the expense of it's
own realization of reconditioning CTS repair in
case of it's failure because of fires or natural
disaster.
MRC has in storage the equipment,
materials and cable commodity necessary for
fulfillment of all kinds of
activities.
MRC has an automobile park of
it's own, about 45 of which provide daily realization
of the activities on territory of Moscow.
Each crew
working on CTS, is equipped with radio stations
ensuring their operating
communication and cooperation.
To settle accounts with the
population and budgetary organizations of city,
the value of the license fee for use and the maintenance of urban cable
TV networks (UCTS) makes 15 rubles per one
viewer. The 50 % discount for
the population from the tariff is stipulated
on the basis of the federal " Veterans Act "
and discounts, established by Government of Moscow for
the lonely living citizens of definite categories.

with manufacturing plants on guaranteed delivery
of the equipment and cable commodity necessary
for realization of maintenance with it's
arrangement in specially equipped
warehouses.

of standard and working means of
measuring equipment with metrology certifications in National Standard
bodies for realization of maintenance with which

is fulfilled in specialized repair shop,
equipped with modern radio and electrical
measuring instruments.
- The quest of engineering
solutions for the appropriate TV program
reception in nonstandard situations is executed
by the cable TV lab, also the duty of which is
the realization of technical study according to
on-firm designed techniques on the basis of
equipped educational classes.

the certificate of confidence from MUTN (Moscow
urban Telephone network), testifying the
presence on MRC of the indispensable equipment,
qualified personnel, material and financial
capabilities necessary for implementation of
construction and cable TV systems repair.

of quantity of the viewers and agreements, CTSВ
documentation, addresses database for CTSВ,
LTMRS systems.
