Only the best event moments and the most interesting sites of Moscow city had participated in 30 nominations. Public voting lasted two months, following which a winner was determined by the experts. Expertise jury was presented by the Head of the Department of Culture of Moscow city, Aleksander Kibovsky, Director of “Mosgorpark”, Marina Lyul’chyuk, as well as Sati Kazanova, Noize MC, Yana Churikova, Vladislav Lisovets, and Nikas Safronov.
The highest assessment mark in the nomination “The Best Tour” was unanimously assigned by the jury and citizens to the cultural and excursion complex of Ostankino TV Tower. Guests had marked the uniqueness of the main national observation deck visited by over 1000 persons to simultaneously view from this point all main Moscow sights and to familiarize themselves with history of the tallest structure in Europe.
