The new cafe "Efir", which is located at foot of the Tower, also opens its doors. The main feature of "Efir" is open fire cooking. For this, a two-section charcoal grill was installed in the cafe. Starters, salads, main courses and even desserts are prepared on it. Summer veranda offers stunning views of capital's beauty.
